after killing someone you shouldnt jus tbe able to waalk aroundall winy nilly they should be a bouunty on youre head which other players can kill you or brong you back to the law for money...

It's funny that you should bring this up, seeing as it is something that we were discussing recently. We decided that it is up to the village leader to deal with things such as this. For example, if someone was killed and you were an IC witness, you could go up to the leader of the village in which this occured and they can post a wanted poster on the village info boards, it can include a description, a bounty, and even a name if you know it ICly.
