Let's see how long this lasts. | Tue Oct 06, 2015 10:29 am by Misuke | Hey all!
Been a while since I bothered posting here, since there was absolutely nothing I could do to revive the game from the state in which it was left. That has since changed, and I now have access to the means to better the game, and bring it to the state in which it was originally meant to be played.
I do hope regulars and newbies alike welcome the changes I plan to bring, and continue to …

Ikou Era Apology | Fri Nov 25, 2011 3:59 am by AllSmiles | Hello, faithful Ikou Era players. I am sorry for being so inactive to the production of Ikou Era, me slowing down with updates had affected all of us. I doubt, I can make it up for your patience and your unbreakable loyalty to someone that had been made by my brain. Ikou Era is my first original project and it is one of the most proudest work I had done, this project was the result of my …

| The other day I lagged and killed someone on accident while sparring then I got the idea for a kill verb rather than killing them with the attack verb add a finish verb to avoid accidental kills like when you're sparring and you happen to lag. Thank you ^^

| We're not going to add a kill verb, we're going to use pvp points for killing, making it only allow you to kill when you have certain amount of PVP points. Pvp points may or may not be gain by OOC tournments but at least if we do make it gain by tournments the griefers do have to work for a killing purpose. | |

Not sure I like that idea, but sure. It would make it more difficult to gain the power to kill someone. Would I be going to far to suggest that you have to be given "RP point" to be able to certain actions? Such as killing, for example..?

| While the idea isn't exactly realistic, it can be interpreted as so through RP. Not everyone can take the life of a human being and not be phased. | |

That's true, I really hadn't thought about that. Still new to the "full" rp thing. I've mostly done semi-rps in the past.

| well, the rp points arent a bad idea, in fact this would reduce more, the quantity of murder, and also creating a requirement or the nesesity for rping in the game, since as we can see, theres many which do short rps, or just non rp people. i think rp points should be gained troght rp events, or important roles on the story | |

| like I said. Realism cannot be fully placed in a game, being realistic is if you have the same emotions as you would have in real life in that same situation. Seeing people that would kill randomly that can't be controlled in a game cuz people see it as having no drawbacks and I believe no game can be realistic fully. But my idea can cut back ALL the random killings in Edo and creating more Roleplay. With PVP points being earn i am not sure if Im going to do the Tournament system or just have it part of the rp bonuses. | |
