Please remove NPC like the bar tenders, or the guy who sells weapons and items, so that they can be replaced by actual players. And hell, if that isn't possible, atleast make it so that we can sell things to NPC to make a profit. In Japan back then people didn't run up to the shogun to sell him shit because they had no other real option. And for bartenders or whatever. People who make food. It would be decent if it were possible to become a cook or a bar tender yourself, making money off of actual visitors. And maybe a tax system being added where it sends you a popup asking if you want to pay taxes to the shogun. If you don't, he gets a notice, and he can do something about it. If the money is in the bank. If you are offline, it takes the taxes without letting you know, mostly because someone could get a friend and store their money with him and have him just stay offline till they needed the money.

All in all, I'd rather be able to have a job Icly without being assigned the job. For example. Say I'm picking cherries. Why would anyone buy them from me if they can do nothing with it? Hence cooks or whatever.
